Death by Cupcake(s)

Yes, that would be 6 cupcakes.

In one sitting.

Yep, it's official, I'm a pig, and quite the emotional eater, but a tough, long day at work is NO excuse-I know this lesson.  Not a bad put away for one hour.

I don't even want to think about all those empty calories.

I fell asleep at 7:30am on my couch-talk about a crash.

Goes to show I am definitely what I eat-and boy do I feel like an empty, sucked on, soggy cupcake wrapper...cause what kind of obese-brained nutbag would I be if I didn't get every cupcakey morsel off the wrapper???

Oh well, tomorrow is another day...I wish I could just memory-bank how crappy I feel after eating shit like that.  Sadly it won't be my last binge, but they are fewer and farther between these days thank goodness.

Curious, were these homemade cupcakes or the fancy pretty kind that are popping up in all these specialty cupcake shops lately?

My husband came home with a 4 pack of cupcakes for me a few weeks back and I wanted to FLIP. I CAN'T EAT THAT!!! So I ate one and knocked all the icing off. Ehh..Felt like such a waste!

Don't beat yourself up over it - who isn't an emotional eater. Every major holiday, Birthdays, Joy, Sadness etc all center around food somehow. It's no surprise every now and then we're going to indulge. Hell I had 3 cupcakes, Thai food and gobs of ice cream yesterday BUT I also felt like shit, had heartburn and couldn't sleep all night. It sucked. But every now and then I need to do it. I don't plan on living a life where I can't indulge every now and then. The key is getting back on track the next day and remembering your overall goal. I may not be the best person, actually I'm NOT the best person to give diet advice as my diet is pretty unconventional but I know what your going through.

I could easily do that. I wouldn't even have to have had a bad day. I would just eat that many because they taste good.

I also will be completely full and see a food comercial and want whatever is being advertised. It's a good thing I'm too lazy to jump up and drive to go get it though.

Hopefully that will be your last binge for a long time.
