Worn the F- Out

Quick note to say 'Hi' to everyone, and sorry I haven't visited any blogs lately.  No good excuse, just been a bad bloggy friend.

Tired, worn out, burnt out, etc...still on the wagon, but infinitely less enthused about everything.  Feeling very neutral about things that used to trip my trigger.  Feeling down about stuff I used to be able to tolerate.

Don't know what else to say about that.

Will be MIA for a few more days-hope you are all well-wish you the best!

Stay on the wagon. Please. I love your attitude. I don't want to see it get squashed. BIG HUGS!

And don't ever apologize for not being around in Blogworld. We ALL have lives to live! No one should ever take it personally.

Again: HUGS!

I second that- don't give up! Sometimes it gets tedious and wears you out, but you have to stick with it. Maybe if it will help you mentally, you can take a week off. Don't work out, eat what you want, but then know you have to get back on plan starting in 7 days.

They never said it'd be easy, they just said it'd be worth it!

We all need breaks. We all have times that down time is the best. Just do what's best for you. Take care of yourself and soon you'll see something, smell something, feel something that will perk you back up. All will be well in Polar's land soon.
Take care and God Bless!!!

Take all the time you need, we'll still be around and Google will let us know when you are back.

My Advice: do some exploring, find some new things that are exciting to you.

You sound like you are in a funk. I'm sure as spring moves in you will feel better. I hope everything works itself out.

Glad you are still on the wagon. Stay strong, friend. You will get through this. We all have down times.

One thing I do when I feel blah is look for funny videos on line. My favorites are Gildna Radner's. You might enjoy watching her: "It is always something!!!!"

Thinking of you. Don't waver! Spring IS almost here (the mantra I keep using while I pull my hair out one strand at a time - lol) Take care of you and hope to see you back soon.
