1 cup eggbeaters
1 oz FF President Feta
1/2 cup tomatoes
1/2 cup hatch chili peppers
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup shallots
garlic
salt
pepper
Tapatio sauce-2 tbsp

Hello. I found your blog through Bethany's. I've just went through all of your posts and a lot of what you say really resonates with me! I also had the perfect body in high school (sigh) and I also have the really supportive hubby who I love very much but secretly wonder if things would have gotten this bad with my weight had he said something 70 pounds ago!
Anyway, I just wanted to say that I really like your blog and will be following from now on. I really do think that you're too hard on yourself, though. One thing that I've slowly realized (and am still realizing) is that I'm not going to ever get my perfect body back until I accept and love the one that I have now. Yeah, yeah, that's way cheesy, I know.
Welcome Jennifer! I agree with you, but wonder if I get too in love with my body if I will have a harder time giving it up. But I get what you are saying about acceptance-I think that is similar to owning the responsibility for the current body, too, right?
